ASANA, PRANAYAMA, MEDITATION
As we experience the union of body, breath, and mind in its most unhindered form through the medium of dance, we access the core of our most sacred & vital energy. The inherent wisdom of our body is allowed to shine through in it's own unique way, responding in the moment to the pulse of life and rhythm as it flows through.
You will be guided through a sequence of mindful movement exercises including Qigong, free form dance, yoga asana, deep relaxation, and meditation to allow for your your own authentic expression to unfold from within.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner; private, personalized instruction can help you to cultivate a safe & effective yoga practice. Instruction can range from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, to a gentle, restorative practice depending on your desired outcome.
Meditation, or sitting in silence & stillness, is a powerful way to settle the mind, integrate emotions, and re-connect with the present moment. You will come away from a meditation session empowered with a means to nurture your inner life and enhance your relationship to yourself and the world around you.
