Learn to utilize yoga postures & breathing techniques to tone and strengthen the body, improve balance & flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness.  Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner; private, personalized instruction can help you to cultivate a safe & effective yoga practice.  Instruction can range from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, to a gentle, restorative practice depending on your desired outcome.   

Meditation, or sitting in silence & stillness, is a powerful way to settle the mind, integrate emotions, and re-connect with the present moment.  You will come away from a meditation session empowered with a means to nurture your inner life and enhance your relationship to yourself and the world around you.
